Concrete Leveling in Lincoln, NE
The basement at this Lincoln home showed signs of moisture infiltration and settlement concerns typical of Nebraska's expansive clay soils. The BEFORE photos documented an unfinished basement space with visible cracks in the concrete floor and moisture damage on the walls, conditions that required comprehensive moisture control and structural support.
Epp Foundation Repair installed interior drainage along the foundation perimeter, applied void fill and seam grinding to stabilize the concrete, and encapsulated the crawlspace with a complete vapor barrier system. An egress window was also added to improve safety and light. The finished basement now features properly sealed and painted walls, new epoxy-coated flooring, recessed lighting, and a dehumidifier in place to maintain dry conditions. The entire project was documented across 10 site visits with 199 on-site photographs, ensuring each phase met Epp's standards for thoroughness and quality.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
