Dave Epp
Dave joined the family business in 2004 after growing up watching his father Phil build it from the ground up. He's been in construction since he was 15 years old. Today he runs day-to-day operations across Epp's service region (Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri) and is trained and experienced across every repair method Epp installs.
For Dave, the best part of the job is driving around the state and seeing the shopping centers, schools, hospitals, and homes he had a hand in building or repairing. What he finds most rewarding: the jobs done at no cost for homeowners who couldn't otherwise afford them.
