Foundation repair coordinated
with the engineer of record.
Stamped drawings, torque-test records, carbon fiber analysis, slab lift specifications. Produced for the structural engineer, not against them. Faster permit cycle, fewer revision rounds.
What We Bring To A Project
Six capabilities EORs actually use.
Most foundation contractors hand the engineer a quote and a brand name. We hand them load data, soil reports, torque curves, and stamped drawings. The documentation that makes the permit cycle clean.
Helical pier stamped drawings
Pre-construction helical pier layouts stamped by a licensed engineer when load case or jurisdiction requires. ECP Core Installer credentials on file.
Live torque-test data capture
Torque captured at every pier during install, delivered as a permit record and as data the EOR can verify against design assumptions.
Carbon fiber wall designs
Sized to the engineer's spec, not a marketing brochure. Submittal package includes strap spacing, anchor detail, surface prep, and warranty terms.
Slab lift submittals
Polyurethane foam slab lift designs based on subgrade analysis and load case. Submittal includes foam spec, injection pattern, and finish tolerance.
Waterproofing submittals
Drainage and waterproofing systems with submittal packages for EOR review before install, including product cut sheets and installation detail.
As-built documentation
As-built drawings showing actual pier locations, depths, and capacities. Useful at refinance, sale, or any future structural review.
Commercial Carbon Fiber
Quick spec.
The carbon fiber system we install on commercial walls. Full documentation and submittals available on request.
| Property | Value | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Tensile Strength | 140,000 psi | Manufacturer specification |

| Strap Width | 4 in standard | 6 in and 8 in available |
| Bond Thickness | 1/16 in | Epoxy adhesive system |
| Warranty | Lifetime of the structure | Corner-to-corner anchoring required; stabilizes, does not straighten |
How We Coordinate With The EOR
Four steps. Documentation at every one.
Engineer-of-record coordination is a workflow. Not an afterthought. We treat the EOR as the client of the documentation we produce. Every carbon fiber and pier install closes with Epp's written project warranty.
- 01Pre-bid reviewWe review the geotech and structural drawings with the EOR before bid: surface assumptions, raise design questions, confirm scope.
- 02Submittal packageFull submittal with product cut sheets, installation detail, stamped drawings where required, and a written scope.
- 03Live documentationTorque data, daily progress photos, deviation reports, all delivered to the EOR during the work, not after.
- 04As-built closeoutAs-built drawings + load data + warranty paperwork delivered with final invoice. Permit-record-ready.
