Send us the relevant drawing sheets (foundation plan, wall sections, existing conditions) and your EOR's load requirements. We produce a proposed pier schedule or wall reinforcement layout that goes back to your EOR for review before we mobilize.

Yes. We carry manufacturer product data sheets and ASTM test data for our commercial carbon fiber systems. Submittals formatted for a standard AIA spec section can be produced within one business day of request.

Helical tiebacks for failing retaining walls and below-grade walls are designed to project-specific loads. We've installed systems up to 60+ kip per anchor in cohesive Midwest soils. Plate anchor systems are capacity-tested by hydraulic pullout at installation. Actual capacity depends on soil conditions, anchor spacing, and wall type. Which is why we always start with the geotech data.

Yes. We've repaired brick and stone foundations in commercial buildings dating to the early 1900s across Lincoln, Omaha, and smaller Nebraska and Iowa communities. The approach is different: we assess what the original foundation can bear, avoid vibration-heavy methods that can disturb aging mortar joints, and often use hand-excavation for pier access rather than mechanical equipment. Historical preservation requirements vary by jurisdiction. We coordinate with owners on any applicable review requirements.

The carbon fiber fabric and epoxy system are the same. The difference is in application scope and documentation. On commercial jobs, we install per engineering drawings, produce dimensional installation records, provide manufacturer submittals, and support a formal project closeout package. On residential jobs, we scope and install per our own evaluation without engineering involvement in most cases. If your project has a structural engineer of record, tell us upfront. It changes the workflow.
