The system is the same as residential: interior drain tile, sump pump, vapor barrier. But sized and specified for commercial loads and usage. For apartment crawl spaces, we typically install a thicker liner (20-mil vs. standard 10-mil), commercial sump pumps with battery backup, and coordinate with the HVAC system if dehumidification is part of the scope.
