Concrete Leveling in Lincoln, NE
The residential driveway and sidewalk showed visible settlement, cracks, and displacement along the concrete joints, compounded by drainage issues evident in water flow patterns and erosion along the property edge. Nebraska's expansive clay soils shift seasonally, creating conditions that accelerate concrete distress when proper drainage is absent. The before photos documented four distinct problem areas requiring both structural and drainage intervention.
Epp Foundation Repair addressed the settled and cracked concrete flatwork with polylift injection and void fill, then sealed all joints with durable joint sealant to prevent future water intrusion. Yard drainage work was installed to redirect surface water away from the foundation and concrete edges. The finished driveway and sidewalk now feature clean control joints, properly sealed seams, and restored grade, with the property equipped to manage seasonal moisture better. The entire project was thoroughly documented with 88 on-site photographs across 2 site visits by 2 crew members.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
