The foundation concrete around this Lincoln property showed significant settlement and deterioration, with elevation differences measured between adjacent slabs and visible cracking, water staining, and pooling across the flatwork surfaces. Nebraska's expansive clay soils shift seasonally, and this concrete had settled unevenly, creating trip hazards and drainage problems that threatened the pool deck and foundation areas.

Epp Foundation Repair performed concrete flatwork repair and installation, including polylift to re-level settled concrete sections and applied joint sealant to protect against further water intrusion and soil movement. An egress window was also installed in the foundation opening to complete the work. The finished concrete surfaces show proper grading, sealed control joints, and level alignment throughout the pool deck and foundation areas, with all work documented across 93 on-site photos during two site visits by our crew.
