Concrete Leveling in Lincoln, Nebraska

The residential driveway and surrounding concrete flatwork at this Lincoln home showed settled, cracked slabs with visible differential settlement and deteriorating joints. The expansive clay soils common to this region had shifted with seasonal moisture changes, causing the concrete approach to settle unevenly and creating gaps and damage along control joints that required repair.

Epp Foundation Repair lifted and leveled the driveway and sidewalk using polylift injection to restore proper grade and eliminate trip hazards. The crew also installed yard drainage work along the foundation perimeter and sealed the control joints to prevent water infiltration and future deterioration. The finished concrete flatwork now displays clean, properly sealed joints and a level surface throughout the approach area. The project was fully documented with 74 on-site photographs across 4 site visits by a 4-member crew.
