Concrete Leveling in Lincoln, Nebraska
The residential driveway and sidewalk in Lincoln showed visible settlement cracks and joint deterioration caused by expansive clay soils shifting with seasonal moisture changes. The concrete flatwork displayed multiple cracks along control joints and adjacent to the foundation perimeter, where drainage concerns indicated water was concentrating around the structure rather than being directed away.
Epp Foundation Repair stabilized and releveled the concrete flatwork using polylift and installed yard drainage to redirect water away from the foundation edge. The crew installed joint sealant across all control joints to prevent future water infiltration and added corrugated drain pipe along the garage foundation apron to manage runoff. The finished driveway and sidewalk now show clean, even concrete surfaces with properly sealed joints, and the drainage system protects the foundation from the seasonal soil movement common to this region. The work was documented in 98 on-site photos across 4 site visits with 4 crew members.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
