Concrete Leveling in Lincoln, NE
The concrete sidewalk and flatwork at this Lincoln property showed multiple deteriorated control joints and cracking typical of Nebraska's expansive clay soils, which shift seasonally and stress concrete surfaces over time. The existing sealant between concrete panels had failed, allowing water infiltration and further damage to the flatwork.
Epp Foundation Repair installed push piers to stabilize the foundation and completed yard drainage work along the foundation perimeter to redirect water away from the structure. The control joints were re-sealed to prevent future water damage and concrete movement. The project was fully documented with 17 on-site photographs showing the installation process and final drainage configuration.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
