Foundation Repair in Lincoln, NE

The basement of this Lincoln home showed the classic signs of moisture intrusion common in Nebraska's expansive clay soils. The BEFORE photos revealed a functional utility space with existing sump pump infrastructure, but the foundation required comprehensive drainage improvements to manage the seasonal moisture shifts that challenge homes throughout the region.

Epp Foundation Repair installed a complete interior drainage system with sump pump equipment and PVC piping to capture and direct water away from the foundation. The DURING photos documented the systematic installation of drainage collection lines, pump configuration, and site preparation across the basement and crawlspace areas. The finished result, visible in the AFTER photo, shows a dry basement ready for finished space, with the drainage system working quietly behind the scenes. The project was documented with 38 on-site photos across 4 site visits by a 2-person crew.
