The BEFORE photos showed an overgrown yard with pooling water concerns and an aging exterior drainage system that required comprehensive evaluation and remediation along the foundation perimeter.

Epp Foundation Repair installed yard drainage improvements and poured new concrete flatwork to restore proper grading and water management around the home. The work included trenching and positioning drain lines along the foundation, installing catch basins, and pouring new concrete sidewalks and pads with proper slope to direct water away from the structure. The finished concrete shows clean joints and proper transitions to grade, and the completed drainage system is now positioned to manage seasonal moisture effectively. This project was documented across 3 site visits with 34 on-site photos and a 3-member crew recording each phase of the work.
