Concrete Leveling Project

The concrete patio alongside this Nebraska home had settled and displaced sections with visible deterioration along the foundation base, a common result of the expansive clay soils that shift with seasonal moisture changes in the region. Inadequate drainage around the foundation perimeter had contributed to the foundation's compromised condition, making both concrete and drainage repairs necessary.

Epp Foundation Repair installed yard drainage work along the foundation perimeter and completed concrete flatwork restoration of the patio surface with control joints and joint sealant to seal and protect the finished concrete. The completed patio now shows proper grading and finished drainage integration with the landscape. The work was documented across 22 on-site photos over 2 site visits by 2 crew members.
