The BEFORE photos revealed an exterior entrance with deteriorating concrete steps and settled areas around the brick foundation perimeter, conditions that required both structural stabilization and improved drainage to prevent further movement and water intrusion.

Epp Foundation Repair installed helical piers and push piers to stabilize the foundation, then completed an egress window installation in the brick wall to improve basement safety and access.
