Foundation Repair in Omaha, NE
The basement and crawlspace at this Omaha home showed signs of foundation settlement typical of Nebraska's expansive clay soils, with visible vertical cracking in the foundation wall and moisture concerns evident in the below-grade spaces. The existing conditions required both structural support and comprehensive moisture management to prevent further movement and water intrusion.
Epp Foundation Repair installed push piers to address the foundation settlement, while also executing interior drainage work with a sump pump system to manage water collecting in the basement and crawlspace. Exterior yard drainage was installed to direct surface and groundwater away from the foundation perimeter, with discharge piping and catch basins integrated into the finished landscaping. The completed work was fully documented across 6 site visits with 115 on-site photographs and a 4-member crew to ensure quality and accountability throughout the repair process.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
