The foundation of this Omaha mobile home was settling unevenly due to Nebraska's expansive clay soils, which shift seasonally and require pier support to stabilize structures properly. The BEFORE photos revealed grade-level drainage problems around the perimeter, exposed foundation stem walls, and moisture concerns visible in the basement, indicating that both foundation support and water management needed attention.

Epp Foundation Repair installed push piers to support and stabilize the foundation, along with yard drainage and interior drainage systems to manage water infiltration.
