Foundation Repair in Omaha, Nebraska
The crawlspace beneath this Omaha home showed classic signs of moisture damage and inadequate support typical of the region's expansive clay soils. Standing water was visible on the concrete floor, and the exposed wooden beams and cinder block foundation walls showed deterioration from prolonged moisture exposure. The exposed soil floor and scattered debris indicated that no moisture management system was in place to address the seasonal ground movement and water intrusion common to this area.
Epp Foundation Repair installed interior drainage along the foundation perimeter to redirect water away from the structure, then completed crawlspace encapsulation with a vapor barrier membrane and rim joist insulation to seal the space against moisture infiltration. The finished crawlspace was clean, dry, and properly sealed, creating a stable environment that will resist the moisture-driven foundation stress this region experiences. The work was documented across 6 site visits with 80 on-site photographs to ensure thorough completion.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
