Concrete Leveling in Seward, Nebraska
The concrete walkway and entrance steps at this Seward home showed significant settlement and differential elevation between slabs, common problems in this region where expansive clay soils shift with seasonal moisture changes. The existing concrete had cracked and settled unevenly, creating trip hazards and allowing water to pool along the foundation perimeter.
Epp Foundation Repair installed a linear interior drainage system with metal grate along the foundation to manage moisture and prevent further soil movement, then releveled and replaced the concrete flatwork to restore proper grading and safe passage. The completed walkway and entrance steps now sit at proper elevation with controlled joints and consistent grading around the landscaping. The crew documented the entire project across 2 site visits with over 100 on-site photos to ensure quality and provide a complete record of the work performed.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
