The residential foundation at this Papillion property showed evidence of concrete settlement across the driveway and garage floor, with visible cracking at joints and thresholds typical of Nebraska's expansive clay soils. Epp Foundation Repair restored the concrete flatwork using polylift to level settled sections, then sealed all joints with new joint sealant to prevent future water infiltration and movement. The finished driveway and garage entrance now present clean, sealed surfaces that will resist the seasonal soil shifts common to the region.
