The foundation area at this Omaha property showed settled and cracked concrete flatwork, a common result of Nebraska's expansive clay soils that shift with seasonal moisture changes. The yard drainage system required upgrades to manage surface water properly and prevent further foundation stress, which the BEFORE photos documented across the entire property perimeter.

Epp Foundation Repair installed polylift technology to level the settled concrete, then completed new concrete flatwork with proper control joints and joint sealant to protect against future movement. Yard drainage improvements were made throughout the site to redirect water away from the foundation. The completed driveway and garage floor now show level concrete with finished control joints, ready for service.
