Concrete Leveling in Omaha, NE
The driveway and concrete walkway at this Omaha property had settled unevenly due to the expansive clay soils common to Nebraska, creating gaps beneath the slabs and visible displacement at joints. The marked sections in the BEFORE photos show where the concrete had shifted, and voids had formed under the flatwork, a typical result of seasonal moisture changes in regional clay that required lifting and stabilization.
Epp Foundation Repair performed polylift concrete lifting to raise the settled sections back to grade, sealed the joints with sealant, and filled voids beneath the concrete to prevent future settling. The AFTER photos document the restored driveway and walkway with clean control joints, proper grading, and a level, finished surface. The job was fully documented with 63 on-site photos across 3 site visits by 2 crew members.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
