Concrete Leveling in Omaha, NE
The foundation at this Omaha property was settling unevenly due to the expansive clay soils common to the region, creating differential movement that affected both the concrete flatwork and drainage patterns around the home. The BEFORE photos showed settled concrete surfaces and inadequate site drainage alongside the brick foundation, conditions that required both structural correction and water management to prevent further foundation stress.
Epp Foundation Repair installed polylift to restore the settled concrete to proper grade and installed yard drainage systems to direct water away from the foundation perimeter. Joint sealant was applied to protect the concrete work from future moisture infiltration. The AFTER photos document the finished walkways with restored proper slopes, new drainage infrastructure including catch basins and PVC piping, and landscaped perimeter areas that now direct water safely away from the foundation. The complete project was documented with 60 on-site photos across 2 site visits by a 2-member crew.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
