The concrete driveway and approach areas at this Hall County facility showed visible cracking, deterioration, and settlement patterns across multiple sections. The sandy soil common to the region, combined with freeze-thaw cycles and the facility's heavy use, had compromised the original flatwork. Epp Foundation Repair replaced the damaged concrete flatwork with new poured concrete slabs, installing control joints and joint sealant to manage movement and prevent future cracking. The completed work included properly reinforced concrete pads installed with drainage considerations and gravel borders to direct water away from the structure. The entire project was documented across 5 site visits with 46 on-site photos and 3 crew members present throughout the work.
