The concrete flatwork at this Grand Island facility had settled unevenly due to the expansive clay soils common to Hall County, which shift seasonally and stress foundations without deep support. The BEFORE photos documented visible cracking and deterioration across multiple sections of the driveway and approach areas, with damage patterns indicating settlement issues that required a phased repair strategy.

Epp Foundation Repair performed concrete flatwork across the facility in two phases, installing new concrete slabs with control joints and applying joint sealant to manage future movement. The AFTER photos show completed, level concrete pads with properly spaced control joints and sealant strips, all situated with gravel drainage areas to direct water away from the foundation. The entire project was documented across 46 on-site photos taken over 5 site visits by a 3-person crew.
