Concrete Leveling in Grand Island, Nebraska
The foundation at this Grand Island home was affected by the expansive clay soils common to the region, which shift seasonally and stress foundations without adequate support. The concrete flatwork around the property had settled and cracked as a result of this soil movement, requiring both structural support and drainage solutions to prevent ongoing damage.
Epp Foundation Repair installed push piers along the foundation to stabilize the structure against continued soil movement, then completed comprehensive concrete flatwork repair with fresh concrete sections and proper control joints to accommodate future settlement. Yard drainage work was also performed to redirect moisture away from the foundation, reducing the seasonal stress that expansive clay creates. The project was fully documented across 4 site visits with 49 on-site photos and 2 crew members present throughout the work.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
