Concrete Leveling in Firth, NE
The residential driveway in Firth showed visible cracks and settlement across multiple concrete sections, a common issue in Lancaster County where clay soils with high shrink-swell ratings undergo seasonal movement and moisture changes. The foundation entryway and concrete walkway also displayed age-related wear and weathering, indicating that both the driveway and entry areas required attention to address settlement and drainage concerns.
Epp Foundation Repair performed concrete leveling using polylift technology to raise and stabilize the settled sections, along with crack repair and joint sealant work to restore the driveway surface. Yard drainage installation was completed to manage water movement around the foundation perimeter and prevent future settlement issues. The finished concrete flatwork shows proper control joints and a smooth, even surface across the restored driveway and entry areas. The project was fully documented with 89 on-site photographs across 2 site visits with 2 crew members.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
