Visible cracks and settling were evident across the concrete patio and walkway adjacent to the home's wooden deck structures, and drainage concerns were apparent along the yard perimeter where water management issues had contributed to the foundation movement.

Epp Foundation Repair addressed the settlement and drainage problems with yard drainage installation along the foundation perimeter and concrete flatwork restoration. A perimeter drainage system with corrugated drain pipe and gravel bed was installed to redirect water away from the foundation, while new concrete flatwork and segmental retaining wall blocks were set to stabilize the exterior surfaces.
