Concrete Leveling in Council Bluffs, Iowa

The foundation at this Council Bluffs home showed settlement and separation between concrete slabs, conditions common in Iowa's expansive clay soils that shift with seasonal moisture changes. The BEFORE photos documented gaps and uneven concrete steps at the exterior entry, symptoms of foundation movement that required attention before further deterioration occurred.

Epp Foundation Repair performed concrete flatwork and applied joint sealant to stabilize and level the affected areas, restoring proper drainage and eliminating gaps in the foundation perimeter. The AFTER photos show completed, level concrete surfaces with finished joints and proper grading restored around the home's entry. The project was fully documented across 69 on-site photos during 2 site visits with 2 crew members.
