Concrete Leveling in Blair, Nebraska
The concrete driveway apron and garage floor at this Blair property showed significant settlement and cracking, with visible separation at control joints and stress patterns running across the slab. Expansive clay soils common to this region shift seasonally with moisture changes, placing ongoing stress on concrete flatwork that lacks adequate support, and the damage documented here reflected years of that cyclic movement.
Epp Foundation Repair leveled and stabilized the concrete using polylift to restore proper grade and support. New concrete flatwork was installed with control joints and sealant to manage future movement and prevent water infiltration, and the finished surfaces show clean grading, proper drainage slope, and sealed joints designed to extend service life. The project was fully documented with 19 on-site photos during each phase of the work.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
