Basement Waterproofing in Omaha, Nebraska
The basement at this Omaha property was vulnerable to water intrusion due to the expansive clay soils common to the region, which shift seasonally and create stress on foundations without deep support systems. The BEFORE photos showed a residential yard with no visible drainage infrastructure, and the patio area displayed wet and stained concrete surfaces, indicating moisture was reaching the foundation perimeter. Without intervention, water penetration would continue to compromise the basement and structural integrity.
Epp Foundation Repair installed interior drainage along the foundation perimeter to intercept and redirect groundwater away from the basement, combined with void fill work to stabilize the soil and prevent future settlement. The completed patio was resurfaced with new concrete flatwork, finished with sealed tile pavers in a grid pattern and proper joint spacing to shed water effectively. The job was documented across 51 on-site photos during 4 site visits with a 3-member crew, ensuring thorough quality control from start to finish.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
