Epp Foundation Repair installed a comprehensive waterproofing system that included yard drainage work around the entire foundation perimeter, with drainage pipe, gravel beds, and collection basins designed to intercept and redirect water away from the home. The completed system now includes a finished concrete pathway along the foundation, gravel drainage channels, and functional drain lines that manage water flow and protect the foundation. The project was fully documented across 5 site visits with 89 on-site photos and a 3-member crew.
