Basement Waterproofing in Bennet, NE
The basement at this rural Bennet property was vulnerable to moisture intrusion due to Lancaster County's predominant clay soil, which has a high shrink-swell rating that can stress foundation walls and create pathways for water entry. The BEFORE photos showed an open egress window well with exposed gravel and dark interior conditions, indicating the space lacked adequate protection and drainage infrastructure.
Epp Foundation Repair installed a comprehensive waterproofing system that included interior drainage, a sump pump, and an egress window to manage water and protect the basement environment. The AFTER photos document a finished basement with new concrete flatwork, recessed and LED lighting, and visible drainage infrastructure supporting a dry, usable space. The project spanned 6 site visits with 5 crew members and was fully documented with 87 on-site photos.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
