Matt Purvis is the General Manager of Epp Foundation Repair, leading day-to-day operations across the company’s Midwest footprint. With over 20 years of experience in foundation construction and repair, he focuses on delivering consistent quality, efficient processes, and reliable results for homeowners.
He started in the field in 1999, building hands-on expertise in foundation and concrete work before moving into leadership roles in commercial construction. Today, Matt works to align teams and streamline operations, ensuring a clear, straightforward experience from inspection to project completion.
His combined field and leadership background helps bridge the gap between technical execution and customer expectations—so projects are done right the first time.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, attending their sporting events, and being outdoors—especially fishing, hunting, camping, and hiking.
