Dave Epp

Dave Epp is the owner of Epp Foundation Repair located in Nebraska. Dave’s father started the family-owned business in 1994, and because Dave was always interested in construction, he started working for his father when he was only 15 years old. Dave is nationally certified in Steel Driven Push Piers, Steel Helicals, Residential and Commercial Drainage, and Carbon fiber.

For Dave, the best part of being in the foundation repair business is driving around the state he grew up in and seeing shopping centers, grocery stores, community centers, houses, schools, and hospitals he had a hand in building and repairing.

He says the customers he will never forget are those who desperately need his services but can’t afford the cost of the necessary repairs. When that happens, the company comes together and does the job at no cost to the struggling homeowner.

“Those are the ones that will forever live in my heart. Nothing is better than watching humans be kind to other humans and pulling them up when they are down.”

For Dave, the biggest challenge in foundation repair is educating customers on the latest foundation repair technologies and assuring them that most foundation problems can be fixed. Rarely does a foundation need to be replaced.

When it comes to industry trends and technologies, Dave is particularly excited about carbon fiber technology and concrete lifting polyurethane foam products, because they allow Epp Foundation Repair to fix issues on homes and structures effectively and permanently.
